About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office, managing various administrative tasks, and acting as a trusted right-hand person to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s complex and dynamic schedule, including meetings, and appointments.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and partners.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and prepare minutes or action items as needed.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications and interactions with stakeholders on behalf of the CEO as assigned.
- Support the CEO in various special projects, research assignments, and initiatives.
- Assist in tracking and following up on important tasks and projects.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Conduct research and analysis on technical and industry-related topics.
- Prepare briefings and reports to keep the CEO informed on relevant matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
- The position may require occasional overtime and flexibility in working hours to accommodate the CEO’s schedule.
