Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact amongemployees, clientsand other external parties.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ability to make and edit videos.
- Handling meetings with third parties.
- Handling the social media relations of the MD.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
- Oversee the performance of staff.
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Ability to use MS office package and video editing skills is an added advantage.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N40,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
