Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal, finance, and construction project management and must have experience working in a structured environment.
- This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Oversee financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Support the MD in managing construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and industry partners on behalf of the MD.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the MD.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, financial management, and construction project management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in a structured and fast-paced work environment.
