Job Description
- Supervise the organization administration and strategy
- Monitor company operation and ensure employees and business practices comply with regulatory and legal requirements
- Identify potential risks and opportunities within the organization and its environment to protect business interest
- Managing company assets and optimizing financial operations
- Reporting on revenue and expenditure
- collaborate with board of directors to identify,create and implement strategic plans to actualize business objectives
- Overseeing the day-to-day business activities
Requirements
- A BSc, MSc, HND or OND degree is required
- Must have knowledge of Banking, commercial and investment, wealth management, corporate finance and capital markets
- Minimum of 12 years working experience
- SEC license/certification
- Must have a good presentation skills
- Knowledge of MD Word, Excel and Power Point
