Title: Experienced Sales Closer/Customer Experience Admin
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Sales Closing:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to convert leads into customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, convert leads to sales, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective closing techniques.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
