Title: Facility Management Officer/Secretary

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, plumbing etc.) and renovations.
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations and ensure that all buildings are in good condition.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Supervise all facilities Management staff (electricians, AC technicians, plumbers, carpenters etc.) and external contractors
- Perform analysis and forecasting.
- To inspect generator maintenance and repair
- To swiftly notify the FM Manager of any complaints.
- Send reports on all repairs, renovations and other Secretarial duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills
- Degree in Facilities Management, Building Service Management or other relevant disciplines or equivalent professional level experience.
- Proven experience as a facilities Management officer or relevant position
- Well-versed in technical/ operations and facilities management best practices
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Multitasking ability.
- Good analytical/critical thinking.
