PRIMERO Transport Services Limited was inaugurated at Majidun depot on November 12, 2015, by His Excellency Mr. Akinwumi ‘Dapo Ambode, the Executive Governor of Lagos State. Its full functioning began on November 13, 2015. The operation began with 434 Youtong high-capacity buses on our designated routes. Ikorodu, Agric, and Mile12 have major terminals, and there is a BRT lane expansion from Ikorodu to Mile12.

Title: Facility Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • To supervise the installation and connection of the plumbing system
  • To supervise the Installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems and components
  • Identify required tools and special equipment for the water treatment
  • Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipment, piping and controls
  • Install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs and toilets.
  • Prepare orders of supplies
  • Keep daily reports
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Ensuring that systems are provided and installing outlets, highlighting fixtures and switches.
  • Also preventive measures such as oiling motors, binding wires, etc.
  • Troubleshooting or fixing the problems when the systems shut down
  • Test electrical equipment and component continuity, current voltage and resistance.
  • Install, maintain calibrate industrial instrumentation and related duties.
  • Installing air conditioning systems
  • Testing systems for proper functioning.
  • Performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools, ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Record data when inspecting systems such as the temperature of equipment.
  • Recover and properly dispose of refrigerants when servicing air conditioning equipment
  • Carry out a routine record check on the company’s Generator.

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be an added advantage
  • 4 to 6 years post-NYSC experience in similar role
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Must live within Ikorodu or its environs.
