Role Description

• As a Fashion Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure that our online and brick-and-mortar stores run smoothly and efficiently, from product development to inventory management to customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and your responsibilities will include establishing operational procedures and systems, analyzing sales and inventory data, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and managing the store’s budget. This is a full-time on-site role located in Lekki.

Qualifications

• SALARY IS NON-Negotiable
• Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion merchandising, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in fashion operations, preferably with a retail or e-commerce company
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and customer experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other project management tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and multitask with ease
• Knowledge of current market trends and best practices in fashion operations
• Experience with sustainability and ethical fashion is a plus
