Title: Female Secretary to the MD

Location: Yaba, Lagos (Head office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attending to Incoming/Outgoing mails.
• Clearing procedures updates.
• Managing clearing agents.
• Following up on containers.
• Managing foreign exchange invoices.
• Recording of minutes of meetings.
• Scheduling MD’s meetings and programs.
• Managinglogistics bookings and arrangements.
• Filing and documentation.
• Use of internet for information gathering and research.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / BA / HND in Secretarial Administration or Office Technology and Management.
• At least 3 years post-NYSC Secretarial experience from an importation company

Other Conditions:

• Candidate must be a female
• She must be very hardworking with high level of integrity
• Extensive knowledge of Secretarial Administration is mandatory
• Ideal candidates should be internet-compliant.
• Must age below35years

Salary
N100,000 monthly
