Job Title: Fibre Optics Technical Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance in the installation, testing and maintenance of fiber optics cabling.
- Pulling and stringing wire/cable on electric poles, laying cable in the ground where required.
- Conduct fibre optic cable testing using power meters, OTDRs and other industry standard equipment.
- Undertake periodic preventive maintenance activities and ensure effective fault management.
- Conducting regular inspections of fibre links with the aim of locating and repairing any defects detected during the inspections.
- Determine solutions to problems and issues that are preventing the fibre optic links from performing optimally.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 year work experience.
