Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust financial controls, and financial planning to support the Company’s mission of always looking for new ways to add value to our client’s value chain with a clear goal of maximizing stakeholder’s, engagement and Return on Investments (ROI).
Responsibilities
- Ensuring complete and accurate bookkeeping.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management for our company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in compliance with Nigerian accounting standards and regulations.
- Lead the annual budgeting process for all departments and provide regular budget variance analysis, budget management, monitoring, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Tax management (State & Federal); monthly review & reporting of tax management.
- Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and other external stakeholders and maintain robust internal financial controls and risk management.
Requirements
- Must possess a degree in Banking & Finance or Accounting.
- Must have at least 6 years cognate experience and 3 years in a similar role.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Must possess an ICAN, ACA, ACCA, etc., Certification.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Tax Laws, and financial regulations.
