Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description
- Financial planning and analysis – lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial reporting – prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure they comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Cash flow management – manage the company’s cash flow, including forecasting, and optimizing cash position.
- Cost management – identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Investment analysis – evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
- Risk management – identify financial risks and implement risk management strategies.
- Team leadership – lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high-performance levels and continuous professional development.
- Stakeholder communication – communicate financial performance and forecasts to stakeholders, executive team, and department heads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Master’s Degree or professional certification (e.g., ICAN) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
