1). Supplies Officer (Technical)
Location: Lagos
THE PURPOSE
- To plan, record, coordinate, and control the Technical Projects department’s procurement and stores.
THE JOB
- Develop and coordinate Materials, tools, and job requests.
- Generate material requisitions on ERP Platforms
- Follow jobs budget, monitor supplier performance, and conduct periodic evaluations.
- Check material specification and quality on delivery.
- Coordinate project materials store and monitor inventory levels of key project work items and tools
- Check vendors’ attendance and invoices.
- Review purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents.
- Monitor inventory levels and track usage patterns to optimize inventory management and minimize stock-outs or excess inventory.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have good knowledge of technical tools, consumables, and spares
- Have an excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Possess project management and data analytical skills.
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable.
- Strong financial knowledge and Microsoft suite competence.

QUALIFICATION
- HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2). Supervisor – Mechanical Projects
Location: Lagos
THE PURPOSE
Assist in mechanical project implementation, and ensure high quality and cost-effective standards, which is a key to the smooth running of the plant for mass production to meet the high demand of the customers.
THE JOB
- Supervise installation works during new plant constructions.
- Supervise fabrication of machinery and steel constructions.
- Supervise maintenance and refurbishment of machinery and steel structures.
- Design relevant mechanical parts for fabrication to use in project installations.
- Follow up and collection of materials and tools requested from stores.
- Assign technicians to scheduled jobs
- Follow the technician’s attendance and work time.
- Ensure quality, safety, and food-safety standards and regulations are followed by the assigned people.
- Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive project documentation, for seamless project implementation.
- Implement the team’s facilities maintenance program, at assigned locations.

3). Boiler Operator – Honeywell
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
THE PURPOSE
- To operate efficiently and maintain Honeywell hot water, WHR Boiler, and steam generator equipment while liaising with the Boiler Supervisor, Sectional Managers, and operations to deliver high-quality hot water/steam at all times.
THE JOB
- To ensure in collaboration with the Utilities team that all Boilers in Honeywell and associated equipment are operated reliably per OEM standards and best practices in the industry.
- To carry out overall preventative; corrective; and shutdown/repair maintenance for all the boilers as assigned in line with set OEM standards and SOP.
- Liaise with other boiler utilities technicians and site/plant operations.
- To deliver thermal efficiencies (fuel/steam; fuel/finished product; condensate utilization, right boiler water chemistry) and any other utility improvement initiative.
- To operate chillers, compressors, pumps, valves.
- To perform water sampling and analysis.
- Ensue steam generators are performing as required for factory usage.
- Carry out any other assigned tasks
THE PERSON MUST
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Perform effectively in a Team.
QUALIFICATION
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings/NABTEB/ Trade test.
- Technical Certificate will be an added advantage.

4). Mechanic – Honeywell
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
THE PURPOSE
To ensure the smooth running of the installed generators for capacity utilization.
THE JOB
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all diesel and gas generators to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain and repair ancillary equipment necessary for the efficient operation of generators
- Operate diesel and gas generators to achieve efficient and reliable plant operation.
- Install new plant equipment and modify existing installations.
- Conduct overhauls of power-generating assets, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Inspect power plant equipment regularly, identify potential issues, and report findings to management for timely resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot generator and equipment breakdowns, effectively addressing faults and minimizing operational interruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and operational activities.
THE PERSON MUST
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Posses a strong foundation of in technical skills, proficient in utilizing various tools and technologies to deliver efficient solutions.
- Understanding and interpreting technical documents and manuals.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Apapa, Lagos
PURPOSE
Responsible for analyzing historical customer service data for trends and providing insight for business decision-making. Will actively participate in various expansion projects for FMN RDC depot operation, aimed at market penetration and superior customer services to FMN dealers.
THE JOB
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer services.
- Analyze and summarize customer issues to prepare appropriate development solutions/clarifications to respond to customers.
- Evaluate and prioritize customer inquiries to better serve the customers.
- Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat etc.
- Maintain history records and related problem documentation for future reference.
- Maintain relationships with other internal departments as well as client base to improve business performance.
- Conduct training for customers and internal staff on company products and services.
