Job Description
Includes but not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with all operational standards, opening, and closing the facility daily.
- Stock and maintain all supplies. Maintain inventory list and be accountable for all stock put in your care.
- Receive clients as appropriate,
- process payments, invoicing and receipts.
- Sales and account reports.
- Schedule and remind clients of appointments.
Requirements
- Must be a B.Sc Degree / HND holder
- Must be well mannered, polite and pro active
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be computer literate
- Be ready to learn fast and be meticulous
- Experience in front desk role in a clinical setting and knowledge of HMO’s is an added advantage.
Remuneration
- N70,000 monthly minimum.
