Title: Front Desk Administrator

Location: Area II, Garki, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Includes but not limited to:

  • Ensure compliance with all operational standards, opening, and closing the facility daily.
  • Stock and maintain all supplies. Maintain inventory list and be accountable for all stock put in your care.
  • Receive clients as appropriate,
  • process payments, invoicing and receipts.
  • Sales and account reports.
  • Schedule and remind clients of appointments.

Requirements

  • Must be a B.Sc Degree / HND holder
  • Must be well mannered, polite and pro active
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must be computer literate
  • Be ready to learn fast and be meticulous
  • Experience in front desk role in a clinical setting and knowledge of HMO’s is an added advantage.

Remuneration

  • N70,000 monthly minimum.
