Job Title: Front Desk/Concierge

Location: Wuse, Abuja

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk/Concierge at CHELSEA HOTEL in Abuja.
  • The role involves managing reservations, providing concierge services, handling receptionist duties, and ensuring exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Concierge Services, Reservations, and Communication skills
  • Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand for a long period of time.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Certification in Hospitality Management is an advantage
  • Knowledge of French, Korean, and other foreign languages is a huge plus.
