Job Description
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within record time.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file.
Qualification / Skills Required
- Degree in Mass Communication or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Experience working in similar role
- Female Candidate preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
