Title: Front Desk/Customer Service Officer

Locations: Ibadan, Oyo and Oshogbo, Osun

Reports to: General Manager

Job Description

  • We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk/Customer Service Officer to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties of our main entrance.
  • You will be the first contact for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make

Job Responsibilities

  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  • Greet and welcome guest
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Check, sort, and forward emails
  • Prepare contract documents
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Identifying, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
  • Manage large amount of incoming calls
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution

Educational / Professional Requirements

  • Qualification Good First Degree in Mass Communications, English, and other related disciplines. Preferably a Master’s Degree.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum Experience Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service, or a similar role.

Competence Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership communication skills
  • Experience in managing payments, negotiating contracts, and determining property rates.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements
  • Proven ability to advise and convince clients
  • Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven experience working with minimum supervision
  • Excellent intelligence-gathering skills.
  • Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
  • A team player Job Dimensions
  • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Fluent English-language copywriting skills (interview will be held in English)
  • Experienced in managing the implementation of PR plans, Campaigns, events, etc.

Remuneration

  • N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
