Job Summary
- Provide administrative support to staff and serve as the primary point of contact for the firm’s clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses a variety of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors; greeting and guiding them appropriately.
- Receiving deliveries and mails, ensuring prompt distribution to the intended recipients.
- Coordinating meetings and events as necessary.
- Documenting details of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including documents, letters, and court processes.
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings for the Lawyers.
- Handling the delivery of documents on behalf of the Firm.
- Performing additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Firm.
Qualifications
- Minimum academic qualification of BA / BSc Degree
- 1-2 years’ experience in Office Administration
- Proficient in English Language (oral and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
