Title: Front Desk Manager

Location: Chevron, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability.
  • Processing clients’ payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times
  • To implement all Nails & Co. systems and procedures.
  • Manage studio staff & operations.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience
  • Proficient in microsoft office applications.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
