Front Desk Marketing Specialist at MAPIA TEA

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the office
• Market the company’s products in a professional and convincing way
• Entertain enquiries and complaints from customers
• Take orders and record them appropriately
• Receive and make phone calls at all times
• Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy always
• Respond to customers’ needs swiftly and appropriately
• Balance sales and provide reports daily
• Perform basic data entry functions for customer’s information

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year experience in customer service & office management
• MS Office proficiency
• Ability to use POS system & other accounting software
• Top Notch Marketing skills
• Customer Relationship & Management
• Conflict Resolution Skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Friendliness and great Interpersonal Skills

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Proximity to office location (17 Bode Thomas Surulere, Lagos)
• Educational background in any of the Sciences
