Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Description

• We are looking to fill the role of Front Desk Officer who will be responsible for overseeing the front office, effective handling of all correspondence, & communicating effectively with guests and clients.

Responsibilities 

• Welcome and receive guests, directing guests to appropriate personnel.
• Provide basic information to callers and visitors.
• Confirm and book appointments and meetings
• Handle all correspondence, internal and external
• Sign for incoming letters, packages and distribute them to appropriate staff.
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable.
• Perform any other administrative duty as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years Experience as the Front Desk In a reputable Organization
• BSc / HND in Mass Communication, English or any other related discipline.
• Must be tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, PowerPoint, excel, MS Word, Exchange
• Good record-keeping / document-filling skills
• Female For Gender Balance
• Must be ready to resume immediately.
