Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the front desk operations while ensuring the efficient collection of outstanding payments.
- This role involves interacting with clients and customers in person and over the phone, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
- Greet and assist customers or clients as they arrive at the front desk.
- Provide information on billing and payment processes, answer queries, and direct clients to the appropriate department if needed.
Payment Processing:
- Collect payments from customers in various forms (cash, credit card, etc.).
- Issue receipts, process refunds, and record transactions accurately.
- Ensure all collections are properly documented and reported to the finance department.
Debt Collection:
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts to remind them of their payment obligations.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers when necessary.
- Track and follow up on all payment promises to ensure timely resolution.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain up-to-date records of all collections and interactions with customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Customer Service:
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND or equivalent; a Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 / Month.
