Role Description

  • The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling customer inquiries, operating office equipment, and providing overall office administration.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in relevant or related fields with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service
  • Receptionist Duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, and computers.
  • Office Administration Skills including scheduling appointments, managing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
