Job Description

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage reservations and appointments effectively.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all visitor and employee information.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Respond to customers enquiries in a professional manner by directing them to the respective workstation or unit where their needs would be served.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
