Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Keeping record/log of visitors & staff
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide accurate information about the company, its products, and services to visitors and callers.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Maintain consistent punctuality and smart professional appearance.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars for executives and staff.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other company events.
- Handle and resolve customer / vendors inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department if needed.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Follow security procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and secure office environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
- General administrative duties.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND or equivalent qualifications.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in similar role
Competencies:
- Have relevant IT skills in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N70,000 / month.
