Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer.
  • The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, operating office equipment, and assisting with office administration tasks.
  • The role requires the candidate to be based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Receptionist Duties
  • Experience operating office equipment
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
