Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented front desk officer to join our HR company.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, managing the front desk, and performing administrative duties as assigned.
- The front desk officer will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors and will play a crucial role in maintaining our company’s professional image.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Manage the reception area and maintain a professional appearance
- Provide accurate information to clients and visitors about our company’s services and policies
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle cash and credit card transactions and other payment methods
- Assist with other task as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND or equivalent qualifications with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of HR industry preferred but not required.
Salary
N30,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
