Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients as they arrive, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage client check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries or redirecting them to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate and timely coordination.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
  • Provide general information about the organization’s wellness services and assist with client inquiries.
  • Assist with processing payments and maintaining billing records.
  • Respond to client concerns or complaints in a professional and calm manner, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols in the reception area.

Requirements

  • OND/HND
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and basic office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
