Title: Front Desk Officer (Female)
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing a positive and professional impression to clients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reception: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Communication: Answer and manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. Respond to inquiries and provide information to callers or direct them to the appropriate contact.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Address and resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and filing. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings.
- Information Management: Maintain and update contact lists and organizational directories. Keep records of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Security: Monitor and control access to the premises. Report any security concerns or incidents promptly.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 1 year experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role as a front desk officer or receptionist. Familiarity with office equipment, including, printers e.t.c.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
- Familiarity with office equipment and software relevant to front desk operations
- Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently
