Job Description
- We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Provide information and support to visitors and staff
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 0 – 1 year work experience.
- Fresh/Serving NYSC Corp Member
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good customer service skills
- Preferably Female.
