Job Summary

  • We are seeking a versatile and reliable Front Desk Officer and Office Assistant to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, cleaning the office space, running errands, and must be proficient in basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness, of the office space.
  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Deliver documents, pick up supplies, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and sorting mail.
  • Operate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and organized front desk area.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or National Diploma (SSCE / ND).
  • Proven work experience as a front desk officer, office assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations (Microsoft Office suite, email, internet browsing, etc.).

Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
