Responsibilities
- Direct office visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Ensure that scheduled meetings are carried out in a smooth manner.
- Manage the physical assortment of assets and accurately update asset records.
- Oversee and manage sim cards and the related processes with the network providers.
- Communicate the business and office needs.
- Verify and manage the current inventory of office supplies and maintain accurate records to prevent inventory gaps.
- Maintain a list of all office technicians and call them as soon as there if there is need to fix any office equipment.
- Maintain log book for visitors and colleagues.
- File important documents and keep them well organized.
- Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.
