  • Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor? We are currently seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
  • As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and transfer calls to the relevant individuals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution.
  • Assist with administrative tasks where needed and cooperate with other departments and personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • NECO, WAEC or SSCE Leaving Certificate.
  • Must reside around Ikeja, Ogba or Ojodu Axis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
