Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Lagos
Summary:
- Our client is looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist who will serve as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors. This role carries significant importance in establishing a positive first impression for clients and guests. The Receptionist will manage the front desk, handles inquiries, and provides administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming clients and visitors as they arrive, providing excellent customer service and directing them to the appropriate areas within the company.
- Managing incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate staff members and taking messages when necessary.
- Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times, ensuring a professional appearance.
- Assisting clients and staff members in scheduling appointments, meetings or reservations as needed.
- Providing basic administrative support.
- Maintaining visitor logs, contact lists and other relevant records.
- Provide general information about the company and its services to clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- OND or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage).
- Experience in customer service or administrative role.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must have skills
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and basic computer skills.
