Job Title: Front Desk/Social Media Representative
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description
- The Front Desk/Social Media Representative serves as the initial point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, while also managing and enhancing the company’s social media presence. This ensures smooth front desk operations and supports social media marketing to promote Zenco Properties’ listings and brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing accurate information or redirecting inquiries as necessary.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office schedules.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Manage visitor logs and security processes to ensure a safe environment.
- Monitor content on all social media platforms. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster a community around Zenco Properties.
- Actively engage with the audience to build a community and answer questions, address concerns, and provide information.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prepare monthly reports on engagement and performance.
Job Specifications: Qualifications
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk operations or social media management, preferably in a real estate or customer service-oriented company.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, approachable personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok; and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
Personal Qualities:
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle varying tasks.
- A passion for real estate or property management is a bonus.

- Working Hours: Monday-Friday [working hours may vary based on company policy]. Salary: Commensurate with experience.
