Job Description
Versatility:

  • Adapt to various tasks and projects as needed.

Problem-solving:

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of different aspects of the business, identify issues, analyze situations from different angles, and propose effective solutions.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.

Communication:

  • Ability tofacilitate communication and collaboration by effectively conveying information across various levels and functions.Project management:Participate in projects that require input from multiple areas of expertise,coordinate tasks, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time.

Learning and development:

  • Stay updatedon industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, which can benefit the firm by bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.

Supporting specialized roles:

  • Provide support to specialists by assisting with tasks, offering insights fromdifferent perspectives, and helping to integrate specialized knowledge into broader company objectives.

Adaptability:

  • Adaptable and flexible, the ability to transition between different roles or responsibilities as the needs of the firm evolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, English or Business Administration/Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.
