Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Genetics or Biomedical Sciences
- Must have 1 – 3 years post NYSC work experience Excellent verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patient families as well scientific and clinical audiences
- Customer service experience.
- Must have strong active listening skills and advanced problem-solving abilities while being able to work in a team.
- Ability to confidently make and receive phone calls from a variety of healthcare professionals and patients.
- Knowledge in Embryology/ Clinical Embryology would be an a an added advantage.
- All candidates must be highly motivated team players willing to go the extra mile; they must possess excellent communication (written, spoken and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Computer knowledge is a MUST.
