Job Description
- We require the service of a Customer Service/ Relationship Officer in ourLagos office at Ikeja. Ideal candidate must be a current Youth Corps member in Lagos. Corps members in need of place of primary assignment (PPA) should apply.
Key Objectives
- Inquiry follow-up
- Customer satisfaction exercise
- Activation of new accounts
- Re-establishing of old accounts
- Develop in-depth knowledge about company’s services and industry trends
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients
- Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities
- Participate in industry fora, and conferences as a representative of the organization
- Supervise the prospects and leads database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
- Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
- Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Business Manager to achieve revenue goals.
Job Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any relevant field (from any recognized university) With a First class or minimum of 2:1
- Age: 21-24yrs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Little experience in the travel industry and good geographical knowledge may be advantageous
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong telephone and email etiquette
- A personable matter and sharp attention to details
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a femaleapplicant
- Must reside around Ikeja or be willing to make the commute
Salary
- N40,000 – N60,000 / month. Interested
