1). Graduate Technical Trainee Program (GTTP) 2023
Location: Nigeria
Description
- We seek to attract young, exceptional and result-oriented candidates for this program, who on successful completion, will be posted to work in any of the company’s locations across Nigeria.
Requirements
- Minimum of a second class lower division (2:2) – B.Sc / B.Eng and lower credit – HND in any of the Science, Engineering and Technological fields as seen below:
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Food Science & Technology
- Microbiology
- Mechanical & Production Engineering
- Mechatronics & Automation Engineering
- Industrial Chemistry
- You must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps programme or have an exemption letter.

2). Human Resources Officer
Location: Nigeria
OBJECTIVE:
- To provide an integrated Human Resources service with respect to Manpower planning and recruitment, in line with directives, policies, and procedures of the Company and to improve the performance levels of the employees.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the arrangement of appointments, meetings, and training sessions as required.
- Assist in registration and administration of staff for HMO, NHF, Pension, and Tax
- Assist in the implementation of performance management processes
- Data management and entry of personnel and training information
- Maintenance of employee database as required from within the Subsidiary
- Leave administration management such as annual, casual, exam, maternity/paternity, and compassionate days for all employees
- Records keeping including maintaining and filing timesheets and absentee logs & attendance of all staff.
- Assists in computing and collating weekly and or monthly HR reports such as expatriates’ allowance, canteen bills & bills from retainers’ hospitals.
- Receives, dates, stamps, and distributes incoming mail
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

3). Human Resources Managers
Location: Nigeria
OBJECTIVE:
- To provide an integrated Human Resources service with respect to Manpower planning and recruitment, in line with directives, policies, and procedures of the Company and to improve the performance levels of the employees.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the Subsidiary Line Managers / Leadership team and Group Human Resources team on the overall centralized HR administrative functions which include but are not limited to manpower planning/audit, leave Management, loan administration/application, medical issues, and bills, discipline, benefits & compensation.
- Maintaining accurate personnel records, drafting employment contracts, confirmation processes, and all other ad-hoc HR correspondence.
- Working closely with departments, assisting Line Managers to interpret and comply with policies and procedures.
- Coordinate all appraisals/PMS while working closely with colleagues / Senior colleagues and line Managers
- Drive an effective learning and development strategy and that impacts the employees and the business
- Ensure cordial relationship is maintained with Host Community.
- Ensuring ethical standards and confidentiality is maintained.
- Assist in driving and implementing Organization-wide change initiatives.
- Managing grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Ensure an updated repository of JDs for all roles in the organization along with measurable performance indicators for all roles
- Co-ordinate induction processes to integrate new and transferred staff into the workplace.
- Provide timely and accurate staff information for payroll administration in the case of Hiring, Firing, Deductions, Overtime, etc.
- Promote workplace safety
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure Regulatory and legal compliance
- Coordinate staff welfare and ensure customer satisfaction in the provision of the canteen, HMO, and Staff Bus “where provided”, as well as other welfare issues

4). Capability Development Manager
Location: Nigeria
OBJECTIVE:
- To provide an integrated Human Resources service with respect to Manpower planning and recruitment, in line with directives, policies, and procedures of the Company and to improve the performance levels of the employees.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes advertisement, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, and professional roles; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Oversee and manage the entire performance appraisal system that drives high performance and ensures full success across the group
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Recommend learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Provide periodic report to management to provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure all job descriptions are updated and valid
- Drive learning and development initiatives, and related cost management
- Conduct periodic inspections to examine the conditions of the Company’s facilities and ensure that maintenance contractors adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
