Title: Human Resources (HR)/Administrative Assistant (NYSC)

Location: Marina, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are hiring an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team and provide invaluable support to our HR and Admin department.
  • Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, scheduling interviews as well as payroll management.
  • As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR policies and procedures.
  • Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be utilized in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with various Admin-related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Provide support in scheduling appointments, and meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
  • 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.
  • This position is only open to Corps members who are just starting with their service year (with 9 months yet to complete NYSC) and/or IT Students.
  • Applicants must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Interested candidates must be residing around Lagos Island or in proximity to the office environment.

Salary

  • N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
