Job Objective(s)

  • Respond to external and external support calls
  • TranzWare Online (TWO) System Availability
  • Increase transaction processing efficiency and avoid unplanned downtime
  • Transaction Processing Monitoring and escalation of critical issues

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution for internal and external customers
  • Processing Centre (TWO ,TWO FEP and other Transware applications) Systems Availability
  • Transaction Processing Efficiency
  • System Operations Support
  • Respond to external and internal support within agreed SLA terms

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 0-4 years experience.
