Title: Key Account Associate

Location: Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders while managing account planning.
• Identify and prioritize accounts based on outstanding issues, growth potential, strategic significance, and renewal timelines.
• Offer guidance to clients on the most effective utilization of Posist Products.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction scores (NPS), manage customer health status, and adhere to ticket SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to provide consulting services tailored to specific customers, maximizing their return on investment (ROI), and enhancing renewal rates while reducing churn.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, conducting Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) annually.
• Collaborate effectively with various internal teams and individuals, including engineering and sales, to prioritize the customer’s best interests.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND or BSc in any related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar industry.

Salary

• N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
