Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Graduate Sales Trainee. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in sales within the healthcare sector.
  • As a sales Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a sales role.

Description

  • The sales trainee will complete a comprehensive 3 days training program, as you demonstrate understanding of sales and knowledge of product, you will be given your own project and you will join the Sales Team in your state of residence to look after defined areas as Territory Sales Officer.
  • You will get to know the operational processes in the sales area and attached to an Area Sales Manager. In addition, you will be part of a dynamic and stimulating working environment, as well as take on exciting tasks in a rapidly growing market and contribute your skills with a lot of initiative.
  • You will also be responsible for the acquisition of new customers while maintaining relationship with the existing customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Second Class Lower / HND Upper in any discipline
  • Not more than 30 years as at the date of application
  • Candidate must have completed the compulsory national youth service (NYSC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with client and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a result oriented mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
  • Driving experience with valid driver license is a must.
