Criteria
- Minimum of Second Class Upper in any discipline from a Nigerian University (or its equivalent from a foreign university).
- Must have completed the NYSC (or undergoing the NYSC).
- Not more than 26 years of age.
- Law graduates must have a minimum of second class upper from the Nigerian Law School.
