Job Description

• Attend to guests enquiries.
• Offer excellent customer experience.
• Check in guest appropriately.
• Relate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Escalate every issue to the supervisor.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND / FSLC qualification.
• 2 – 3 years work experience.
• Ilorin residents only.
