Title: Hausa Speaking Call Centre Agent (Male candidates preferred, for a gender balance)

Job Summary

• The Call Centre Agent will answer incoming calls, perform follow up calls, inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different issues.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Manage and or resolve with supervisor all customer complaints / disputes.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Follow up customer calls when necessary.
• Document all call information per standard operating procedures.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in any discipline.
• 1 – 4 years work experience.
• Ability to speak Hausa language fluently is a prerequisite for the interview.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Salary

• N70,000 monthly
