Title: Hausa Speaking Call Centre Agent (Male candidates preferred, for a gender balance)
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Call Centre Agent will answer incoming calls, perform follow up calls, inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different issues.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Manage and or resolve with supervisor all customer complaints / disputes.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Follow up customer calls when necessary.
- Document all call information per standard operating procedures.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in any discipline.
- 1 – 4 years work experience.
- Ability to speak Hausa language fluently is a prerequisite for the interview.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Salary
- N70,000 monthly
