Job Description
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries via telephone, email or text messages.
- Exhibiting competent product Knowledge.
- Promote good listening skills.
- Manage length of calls.
- Provide customers with needed information and support.
- Make outbound calls.
- Receive inbound calls.
- Ensure that customers/callers are satisfied.
- Gather information from customers.
- Consistently ensure call(outbound/inbound) quality.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high volume of calls.
- Work closely with Team leads, supervisors and call center manger to ensure synergy and all-time customer satisfaction.
- Adherence to call script and call center policies.
- Compile reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- HND / BSc with a minimum of Lower Credit/Second class lower
- Only candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Applicants with at least 6 months contact center experience will be considered for the opening.
Pay
- N122,000 net monthly plus other benefits
