Hatlab Ice Cream Delite Limited is a reputable food and beverage company that specializes in the production, distribution and sales of traditional Italian ice creams and other complementary products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Finance and Accounts

Location: Wuse Zone 5, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties
Some key responsibilites are outlined below:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare all accounting reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Liase with the accounts consultants to ensure smooth operations
• Work closely with the internal and external auditors to conduct periodic audit activities.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify any discrepancies or variances and report rectify them
• Supervise and train account officers to ensure productivity
• Handle inquiries and resolve any issues related to accounts and payments
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Spearhead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Work closely with all statustory bodies to ensure compliance
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Job Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in Accounting or any relevant field with 5-7 years of work experience.
• Candidates must have proven experience working as a senior accountant and in other relevant roles.
• He / She must be a chartered accountant with ICAN/ACCA
• The finance manager will report directly to the MD while serving as a financial strategist and adviser for the organization.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
