Title: Head, Finance & Strategy

Description 

• Reduce operational cost by 60 percent while managing cross-functional projects in the last 4 years
• Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, orienting, training, coaching, and communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, planning, and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Identify & evaluate the risks associated with program activities such as Real estate, Business restructuring, Media, Human capital Issues, and other projects & take appropriate action to control the risks.
• Win 7 Accounts under my leadership in the first six months of Inception
• Oversee the Organizational & corporate strategies of the four companies to ensure 250 percent growth as a target.
• Adhering to all regulatory requirements, enforcing compliance, and taking action when necessary.
• Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery to customers.
• Identify, and analyze issues, and defects particularly when issues recur in multiple products; recommend solutions to these issues.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Master Degree with 7 – 15 years work experience.
