Job Description:
- Identifies new business opportunities as well as well as business growth with existing customers.
- Develop sales strategy.
- Keep up to date with products, services and competition.
- Monitoring the teams performance and mentors them to meet required level of activity and any other individual targets.
- Ensure records on details of inquiries, comments, complaints and records details of actions taken.
- Maintain a comprehensive customer data base.
- Ensure that all required customer meetings are scheduled, attended and documented.
- Ensure that regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys are conducted.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Participate in the design, development and implementation of the company’s sales policies.
- Oversee preparation of bids for prospective jobs.
- Carry out market research, analyzes and makes recommendation.
- Cultivate, maintain and manage strong relationship with customers.
- Identifies advantages and compares company’s products/services.
- Supplies management with oral and written report on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential new products and services.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures
Job Requirement:
- Bsc in any related field
- 6-8 years Business development experience particularly in a security firm.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills.
